We discuss the solar neutrino flux which would arise from monopole catalysed proton decay processes. In particular we found that the solar neutrino experiment with 37Cl leads to an upper limit on the flux of ve with Ev ~ 35 MeV from p --> μ+ + anything, followed by μ+ --> vevμe+, giving the strong constraint nM <~ (1 onopole/4 × 1012gr).(σ0 /10-27cm2)-1, with σR = σ0β-2 the cross section of monopole catalysis in hydrogen.
