Scientific paper

The major steps in the development of our knowledge about neutrinos are
reviewed. The basics of neutrino oscillation formalism is presented. Neutrino
oscillations in the framework of three-neutrino mixing are considered. The
evidence for neutrino oscillations is discussed.
