We present a model for determining neutral particle distributions in astrospheres. In a general numeric method we are not restricted to Maxwellian velocity distributions. Results pertaining to the modification of Kappa distributions due to gravitational forces and ionization losses are demonstrated. Energetic Neutral Atom (ENA) instruments have made the conceptual leap of moving from an in-situ particle sensor to a remote sensing observation. We compare the various approaches of simulating the neutral particle environment for this leap, using IBEX data as a proving ground.
