We have discovered and experimentally confirmed the presence of a
high-pressure polymorph of Ca3(PO4)2 in the Suizhou meteorite. The
high-pressure Ca3(PO4)2 polymorph in Suizhou likely represents the first
naturally occurring example of this phase.
