Using grism plates, the authors have surveyed Messier 33 for star-like
objects with strong emission lines. Of the 82 objects found, most are H
II regions, probably excited by a single star. Four are Wolf-Rayet stars
and five are tentatively identified as supernovae remnants or planetary
nebulae.
