Distributed, heterogenous networks of telescopes will require a very different approach to scheduling than classically operated single site instruments. We have previously discussed the advantages of an economic (free market) approach to this problem. In this paper we describe a test implementation of the technologies using a generic toolkit designed to make negotiable and chargeable web services.
