Scientific paper

The rotational motion of planets is examined using isometric
coordinates. The isometric coordinates are introduced for the case of
axial dynamic symmetry, assuming a nearly spherical central ellipsoid of
inertia for celestial bodies. Details of the derivation procedure are
presented.
