A discrete, self generating and self organizing, recursive model and self consistent interpretive rules were used to construct (1) the scale constants of physics (3, 10, 137, 1.7 x 10 to the 38th power); (2) 3+ 1 Minkowski space with a discrete metric and the algebraic bound delta epsilon delta tau greater than or equal to 1; (3) the Einstein-deBroglie relation; (4) algebraic double slit interference; (5) a single time momentum space scattering theory connected to laboratory experience; (6) an approximation to wave functions; (7) local phase severance and hence both distant correlations and separability; (8) baryon number, lepton number, charge and helicity; (9) m/sub p//m/sub e/; and (10) a cosmology not in disagreement with current observations.
