The splitted phenomenon of plasma rays or streamers is discussed. By
means of the MHD theory, it is pointed out that the splitted phenomenon
results from the space plasma turbulence. The author gives a qualitative
as well as a quantitative analysis and explains the splitted phenomenon
of rays in plasma tails.
