In this paper, it is shown that the appearance of dust cometary tails and of type I cometary tails are all stochastic processes. Some phenomena of type I tails, for example, their turbulence, their twisted events and the process encountered by earth's magnetosphere, are discussed, The relationship between the phenomena of comets and the electromagnetic environment of the solar-terrestrial space is analyzed. It is pointed out that there are similar statistical results for the distinct phenomena of type I tails, but mechanisms of the interactions are different.
