The design and exerimental results for the polarimeter of the spectrophotometer PSP0 are presented. The polarimeter is designed as a rotatable half-wave plate plus a fixed polarizer, but has two choices for their materials and prices. The experiment of the lowprice design was made in laboratory, indicating that the polarimeter can work properly in the wavelengths range of 430 - 780 nm, covering the best wavelengths for PSP0 observations.
