We request 180 hours to observe the full extended Chandra Deep Field South region at 6cm. This area is chosen because it has the deepest optical/NIR, infrared and X-Ray imaging available of the SWIRE regions. Using spectral indices and radio morphology to identify AGN in the existing data, we will explore the link between AGN and starbursts in the faint radio population. In particular, the higher frequency radio data allows us to study Gigahertz Peaked Spectrum sources. We aim to reach 8 microJy rms, which will make this the widest 6cm survey of this sensitivity.
