A spin foam reformulation of loop quantum gravity suggests a modification of the Hamiltonian constraint operator. In Euclidean quantum gravity, local 4d diffeomorphism invariance of GR implies SO(4) invariance of spin foam vertex amplitudes. We investigate the possibility of constructing a model exhibiting this invariance, denoted as crossing symmetry.
