We propose to obtain a deep, RGS spectrum of the Abell 1068 cluster. The
spectrum will be sensitive enough to measure cooling in the Fe XVII
lines at or below the level of star formation in the cD galaxy. This
measurement is the critical test for the existence of cooling and
feedback processes in the cores of clusters.
