A pulsar magnetosphere model is proposed in which the characteristic feature is the existence of dissipative 'collars' around each pole. Particles emitted from the star lose energy in infinite gradients of their Lorentz factors and azimuthal speeds and return to the star. A sketch of a flow diagram showing typical flow curves in the proposed model is included.
