A method is given for treating the nonlinear differential equations applying to gravitational equilibrium of perfect fluids in such a manner as to obtain a new class of exact solutions. For each integral value of the parameter n, Einstein's field equations can be solved exactly by using these solutions. For n = 3,4, and 5, the new solutions are regular with respect to the need for pressure and density to be finite and positive and for the density to decrease with distance from the center of the structure; thus, the solutions are physically meaningful for these cases.
