We have developed a tool for the visualization and analysis of a host of magnetospheric phenomena produced by global magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) simulations. We apply this technique to the study of entropy interchange in the Lyon-Fedder-Mobarry MHD model coupled to the Rice Convection Model. We investigate the formation and propagation of low entropy bubbles and their corresponding field-aligned current signatures, through direct path, surface, and volume integration over their 3-Dimensional structure.
