Abundance of the elements in the atmosphere of a star is the major indicator of the internal mechanisms of their production. One problem in solar physics is lithium depletion in the solar atmosphere. It seems this problem can't be solved without extension of existing models of production of the elements. Lithium depletion can be explained by an intense mixing in the area below the convection zone. Mixing can be provided by penetrative convection. However, this mechanism is not effective enough because of small penetrative depth. An additional mechanism that can lead to desirable effect is an excitation of large-scale flows at the base of the solar convection zone, which lead to intensification of penetrative convection. We present 3D numerical model and show lithium distribution in depth under such conditions.
