While neutral hydrogen of interstellar origin plays an important and dynamic role in shaping the heliosphere, heavier elements such as helium, oxygen, neon, etc, can be effectively modelled as trace particles due to their relative scarcity. Many previous studies of heavy atoms interacting with the heliosphere were done in 2D. However, the observational data given by IBEX and Voyager emphasises the antisymmetric structure of the heliosphere, and hence the importance of three dimensional simulations. In this poster we present results from three dimensional simulations of both the ion and neutral phases of heavy elements of interstellar medium as they interact with the heliosphere. Some interesting features of these results are the oxygen wall, focussing cone, and secondary neutral atoms that have interacted with the heliosphere through charge-exchange.
