Quasars: Photometry

UBV photometry of the quasar 3C 454.3 is given for two dates in 1969. The
measured values are V=16.75, B-V=0.45, U-B=-0.54 on June 23.443 and V=16.71,
B-V=+0.54, U-B=-0.51 on June 24.444.
