We describe a new code that is capable of modeling the axisymmetric envelopes of Be stars, fast OB rotators, and binaries with colliding winds. Extensive tests were performed to show that, in the condition of grey opacity or spherical symmetry, the code has similar performance as other established codes (e.g., CMFGEN). We comment on the first 2D simulations and discuss the initial tests of a transfer module that can treat line transfer without the Sobolev approximation and in the presence of realistic flow velocities.
