Einstein's equations minimally coupled to a general scalar field are
completely integrated for the cases of the two spatially homogeneous
models in three dimensions. Then, Dirac's method for canonical
quantization is used in order to derive the corresponding Wheeler-DeWitt
equations, which we try to solve for particular configurations.
