187Os/186Os isotopic ratios and Re-Os contents
have been measured for sulfides associated with Cape Smith komatiite.
Using the Sm-Nd age of 1.8 × 109 years we can calculate
an initial 187Os/186Os ratio which plots on the
closed system evolution line of 187Os/186Os.
