Variations of the main parameters (amplitude, phases and periods) of 150 - 160 day periodicity, detected in the solar activity oscillations have been studied by the method of dynamic phase diagrams on the basis of daily means of some indices of solar activity in solar cycles 20 and 21. The regularities of the manifestations of these periodicities are found to be different in the southern and northern hemispheres. Separate studies are done of long-term and local variations of the main parameters of the periodicities.
