Interplanetary scintillation observations of M33 have been made at the frequency of 102 MHz. 17 scintillating sources have been observed in a 6°×4° region around the galaxy. No scintillating source has been found in M33 itself. A 102 MHz map of an area around M33 has been made with the resolution 49arcmin×29arcmin. The integral flux density at this frequency is S = 15±4 J. The supernova remnants density in M33 is one order of magnitude higher than in M31.
