The existence of a new type of astrophysical objects is suggested. These
are clusters of an oscillating classical weakly interacting scalar
field. The central part of the object can be observed as an intensive
coherent radio source (a "cosmic laser"). The field accretion from the
peripheral area can supply the source with power.
