It is generally assumed that for conditions characteristic of stellar interior, the velocity distribution of plasma ions is Maxwellian. The influence of a deviation from a Maxwellian distribution on the formation of high-energy solar neutrino fluxes is studied on the basis of a solar model with a central temperature of 14.9 million degrees K. The distortion of the distribution of colliding particle pairs with respect to their relative velocities is studied for the case where the energy of the colliding particles in the center of mass system does not exceed a certain value, termed the cutoff energy, while a Maxwellian distribution takes place at energies below the cutoff energy. The behavior of the high-energy neutrino fluxes is analyzed for the case of strong, weak, and zero cutoff energy.
