Data from about 300 spectrograms of Nova Delphini 1967 are presented for a two-year period from 1967 to 1969. The relative shifts in the spectral lines and many components of the absorption and emission lines are tabulated, and changes in the equivalent widths and half-widths of the hydrogen emission lines (H-beta to H9) are determined along with the central residual intensities in relation to the continuous spectrum during the development of the Nova. A negative Balmer discontinuity is observed near 3730 A, the value of which attains 2 to 3 stellar magnitudes in the last evolutionary stages of the spectrum. This increase is shown to correlate with the intensity of the O III forbidden lines. A rapid change with time and a spectral shift are noted in the discontinuity; its position shifts to the red side of the spectrum with an increase in the radiation excess.
