We present the analytic spherically symmetric solution of the Einstein equations, with de Sitter asymptotics for both r-->0 and r-->∞, which describes globally regular spherically symmetric space-time with two cosmological constants. At the range of mass parameter Mcr1Mcr2-one-horizon solution describing space-time with variable cosmological constant-``de Sitter bag.''
