We propose to perform 1 ToO for a full night (~30 ks) simultaneous observation with Chandra and H.E.S.S., on a TeV flaring blazar with flux high enough to constrain both spectra on hour timescales or less. Our goal is to investigate with unprecedented detail the intra-night and sub-hour variability in TeV blazars, and to shed light onto the relation between X-ray and TeV emissions, whose usual correlation has been questioned by recent results (e.g. 1ES 1959+650).
