The process of soldering two unidexterous gravities of opposite
chiralities is considered at a quantum level, by using the
field-antifield formalism with a Pauli-Villars regularization scheme.
The resulting effective theory gives rise to a diffeomorphism anomaly
which is compared with the original W2 anomalies.
