Fainter standard stars are needed for the flux calibration of COS and for the prism modes on ACS. The four pure hydrogen WD standard stars in this proposal will satisfy these requirements and provide useful new standards for the community. Since these stars are selected to be pure hydrogen, the models provide the shape of flux reference, while the STIS CCD spectrum sets the absolute level of the fluxes. The UV STIS spectra are also required to measure the small or negligible interstellar reddening.
