It is shown that the H Ca II wing emission leads to a slight increase in the central intensities of the Fe I 3969.26, 4063, and 4132 Fe I lines in the quiet sun. It is further shown that the observed equivalent widths and profiles of Fe I lines are well-represented by the iron abundance lg A(Fe) = 7.60 in the framework of the atom model adopted and the VALC model atmosphere.
