UBVR photoelectric observations are used to estimate the distances to 15
eclipsing systems. The observations are part of the 'Milky Way' program
for studying the large-scale structure of select regions of the Galaxy.
The results suggest that four binary systems (DN Cas, IQ Cas, CS Per,
and HS Per) belong to the Perseus spiral arm.
