In the present investigation of the general solution of Einstein's equations for the behavior of a nonclosed spherical gravitational source which exchanges mass-energy with its environment, an exterior solution is found which applies to emission and accretion in a number of special cases. Attention is also given to the transfer of mass-energy within the horizon. Generally, internal mass-energy transfer in the case of a collapsing body that interacts with its environment can be calculated by the present means.
