The possible existence of the radio and X-ray star SS433 as a young binary neutron star is examined. The huge red- and blueshifts of the moving emission lines are thought to be a result of stimulated emission from the inner edge of an accretion disk around a rapidly spinning neutron star, pumped by cyclotron radiation. Attention is given to the two antipodal spots at the inner edge of the disk and to the coherent radiation resulting thereof. Some explanations are given as: (1) the two moving line systems often show mirror-image symmetry, and (2) the existence of a coherent mechanism. Detail is given to the overall features of the model for orbital periods, inner edge structure of the disk, brightness temperatures, and accretion rates.
