We calculate the flow's velocity and density on Earth for a cold flow of
dark matter. The main sources of the modulation, including the Sun's and
the Earth's gravity, the orbital and rotational motions of the Earth are
analyzed. The expected signal modulation in axion and (non-directional)
WIMP detectors is derived, and the DAMA result is discussed.
