We present results for measurements of B0 meson decays to charmless final states ηK0, ηω, a1+(1260)π - with a0+(1260) -> π +π ^+π ^-, ρ 0KS0, KS0K_S0K_S0, and of B+ to ηρ+ and η'π+. Analyses are based on data taken with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B factory at SLAC. We measure the following branching fractions in units of 10-6: ℬ(B0 → ηω) = 1.2±0.6±0.2(< 2.1, 90% C.L.), ℬ(B0 → ηK0) = 2.5±0.8±0.1, ℬ(B+ → ηρ+) = 8.6±2.2±1.1, ℬ(B+ → η'π+) = 4.2±1.0±0.5, {B}(B0 -> a1+(1260)π -) = 42.6 ± 4.2 ± 4.1, ℬ(B0 → ρ0K0) = 5.1±1.0±1.2, and {B}(B0 -> KS0K_S0K_S0) = 6.5 ± 0.8 ± 0.8. The charge asymmetries are mathfrak{A}_{ch}(mathfrak{B}(B^+ to etarho^+)) = (7 pm 19 pm 2)% and mathfrak{A}_{ch}(mathfrak{B}(B^+ to etaprimepi^+)) = (24 pm 19 pm 1)%. First error is statistical, the second systematic. All results are preliminary.
