We describe a measurement of the charge asymmetry of electrons from W± boson decays using pbar {p} -> W -> eν events. We also present a measurement of the forward-backward charge asymmetry of electron-positron pairs resulting from the process pbar {p} -> Z0/γ ^* -> e+e^-, from which we extract the Z0-quark and Z0-electron coupling constants and measure the sensitivity of the CDF experiment to these couplings. These analyses use integrated luminosities of 170 pb-1 and 72 pb-1, respectively, of data collected by the CDF Run II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron.
