Mature pulsars have been indicated as sources of cosmic-ray electrons
and positrons. This possibility depends critically on the fraction of
pulsars that lie outside of their host remnant shells as a function of
age. We investigate if the discovery of debris disks around young
isolated pulsars is consistent with the above proposed scenario.
