New positions of 5115 stars down to 7.9m (NewBS) in the system closest to FK5 were derived in reprocessing the observations of the International Bright Stars Program. The mean epoch of observations for NewBS is 1968.4. The mean position errors are 0.0035s (RA) and 0.085″(Decl) for the mean epoch of observations. The results of comparison of NewBS with FK5 extension, CAMC-4, CGS, and BSC are given.
