The Solar Aspect System of the RHESSI spacecraft scans the limb at the ~4 sec rotation period of the spacecraft, producing a large quantity of precise differential measurements of the solar radius at optical wavelengths (monochromatic at 670~nm). These data provide the most precise determinations of the oblateness prior in particular to the launch of the Picard mission in 2008. The statistical error of an individual data point is now below 20 mas (milli arc sec) and we hope to improve on this still further. Data accumulate at the rate of about 100 points per sec, beginning at launch in February 2002. We present results on solar shape and its time variations, including several signatures of solar magnetic activity (spots and faculae). We report new improvements made possible by an analysis of subtle systematic errors due to temperature variations in the spacecraft and telescope.
