Recent searches for new physics in ep collisions, performed by the H1 and ZEUS collaborations at the HERA ep collider are presented. In general, all event yields are in good agreement with Standard Model predictions. A small excess of events with isolated leptons and missing transverse momentum is still observed by the H1 collaboration (2.7 σ level), which is not confirmed by ZEUS. New limits have been set on masses of excited neutrinos and leptoquarks and on the radius of quarks.
