We present new photometric and spectroscopic observations of SN 2003jd, ranging from 4 to +399 days after explosion. SN 2003jd is spectroscopically similar to SN 2002ap and SN 2006aj, but as bright as the HN prototype, SN 1998bw. Even if there is no observational evidence of association to detected GRB, the similarity with the recent event SN2006aj/GRB060218 makes of SN 2003jd an interesting case in the context of the SNe/GRBs connection.
