We propose a second epoch of VLBI observations to resolve the expanding remnant of Supernova 1978K in NGC 1313. Observations at 1.4 and 2.3 GHz in 2003 marginally resolved a 10 milli-arcsecond remnant. By going to 8.4 GHz with the greater bandwidth now available, we will get a much better measure of the average expansion rate, allowing us to relate bumps in the radio light curve to particular epochs late in the progenitor star's life when its mass-loss rate increased.
