Superresolution methods of the Capon, maximum-entropy, projection, and Kumaresan-Tufts types that employ the degrees of the antenna-array input-signal correlation matrix are proposed. Algebraic formulas that relate the Capon and maximum-entropy and projection and Kumaresan-Tufts methods as well as asymptotic formulas for an infinite increase in the signal-to-noise ratio that relate the Capon and projection and maximum-entropy and Kumaresan-Tufts methods are demonstrated.
