We propose to use a 50 ks EPIC MOS/PN observation of the core of the Antlia Cluster to study the dynamical processes that heat and chemically enrich the intracluster medium. Understanding these processes is vital to understanding the evolution of structure in the universe. We will map temperatures, densities and abundances throughout the Antlia cluster core, construct pressure and entropy maps to track gas motions and heat flows, measure the total energy needed to cause these flows, and test models of metal enrichment due to turbulent gas motions powered by episodic outbursts from the central galaxy's AGN.
