We show that the distribution of the X-ray, the γ-ray and the fox of the dark GRBs and OT GRBs are similar; any observed differences should simply be due to statistical fluctuation. These results indicate that the suppression of optical emission in the dark GRBs should result from circumburst environment, not from their central engine.
