The optical features of various materials interesting in celestial
objects were measured in wavelengths from UV to FIR region. The
unpublished measured spectra of many materials were collected in this
paper. These spectra are used as a clue to identify the observed spectra
and study the evolution of interstellar and/or circumstellar dust.
