An attempt is made to solve the problem of the dynamics of electron and photoelectron production with allowance for their capture in the region of forbidden pitch angles during their passage through the magnetosphere. Allowance for the capture of the electrons and photoelectrons by the magnetic field is shown to affect the nature of the angular flux characteristics and the flux characteristics averaged with respect to the pitch angles, and also to affect the intensity of magnetospheric heating.
